Through the curriculum there will be targeted lessons that address moral and ethical development such as R.E. and P.S.H.E.
At Colmore, we have found that there are many academic lessons that can deal with character education, if properly identified and planned for.
We use PPA to work as year groups to identify areas of our curriculum offer that can be used for character education.
This may be historical talks or figures, or geographical issues for example.
